Miki is the glue that holds it all together. Her attention to detail and desire to serve our clients and agents does not go unnoticed. Hailing from Duluth Minnesota she is a graduate of the University Of Minnesota Duluth. Graduating at the top of her class with a degree in accounting makes her the perfect fit and a natural leader. Her career in accounting and real estate spans the last two and half decades. Miki and her husband Mike live in Maple Grove Minnesota with their two daughters, Haley and Brooke.
As a licensed Realtor since 2002 and a licensed broker since 2004, Lisa has helped hundreds of families and individuals buy and sell homes. A native Minnesotan, Lisa considers herself a “home-grown” Realtor. She graduated from Wayzata High School a “long time ago” and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology, Business Administration, and Gerontology from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Recent educational pursuits include Masters level studies in Psychology and counseling, which is great in working with clients! Prior to real estate, Lisa worked as a Benefits Analyst and a Financial Advisor.

Her decision to launch a real estate career came from combination of a deep desire to help people and her love for remodeling homes. It was a simple decision... “I just want to sell pretty houses!” After many years in the business, Lisa now knows it’s much more than selling pretty houses and continues every day to feed her passion for helping people.

Lisa is married to husband Dave, and they have a “fur child” dog named Penny Lou, who is a Cavachon. Lisa has two sons, Dan and Tim, four step-children, six step-grandchildren, and an amazing granddaughter named Faith. Lisa enjoys golf, travel, yoga, photography, remodeling, and weekends at the cabin in Webb Lake Wisconsin.
Over the last 16 years I have been actively involved in most aspects of the real estate industry. Not just representing clients but buy actively buying, selling, managing, constructing or rehabilitating my own properties. I love to help people achieve their own personal dreams in real estate, whether it be for personal or business reasons. I have been very blessed through the real estate industry. I have purchased and remodeled over 100 residential and/or commercial properties for myself and helped many others down that path. I have also developed farms and vacant land for my clients and myself as well. I ran my own brokerage from 2004 until 2018. At this point in my in my career. I have decided to turn over the daily management of the brokerage to a larger company. This frees me up to do more deals, which is what I love most about real estate. Ryan Korfiatis, REALTOR®, has over 15 years of business experience managing customers, services, and day-to-day business operations.
